School Leave Policy

Students and/or their parents who are making a request to miss one or more days of school must complete a school leave request outlining the time he or she will be away from school and specifically explain the reason for missing school. Once the request has been submitted to the Assistant Headmaster it will be marked excused or unexcused. The final step requires the student to have each of their teachers; advisor and dorm parent if applicable sign the leave request so each person is aware of the circumstances.
End of School Leave Request

As the school session comes to an end, all boarding students are required to complete the End of School Leave Request Form so that transportation arrangements can be made.
Weekend Leave Request

Students wishing to leave campus for the weekend should submit there request using the Weekend Leave Request form. All requests must be authorized by the Assistant Headmaster prior to leaving.
