UPDATE: 2011 MVA Alumni Steve Moundou-Missi Thriving at Harvard

Montverde Academy 2011 graduate Steve Moundou-Missi is currently attending Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Steve is doing well and delighted to be at Harvard (the eldest higher-learning institution in the United States) where he is also a member of the Harvard University Men's Varsity Basketball team that has been ranked in the top 25 NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball rankings this season for the first time in the school's history. Steve has positively contributed to Harvard Crimson's basketball success (currently 10-1) in many games this season including playing 11 minutes in Harvard's recent 63-52 victory over Florida Atlantic on December 22, 2011. Many of us in the MVA community were thrilled to witness Steve compete in a tough loss to then #9 ranked Big East power University of Connecticut in an electrifying game televised nationally on ESPN in early December.
Montverde Academy is very proud to have Steve Moundou-Missi as an alumni and correspondingly very excited for his achievements on and off the court at Harvard University – we wish him continued success in the new year!
