Montverde Academy Lady Eagles Soccer team has competed remarkably well in its inaugural season under the direction and superb preparation of Coach Robbie Aristodemo. The team's current record is 11 wins, 2 losses, and 1 tie. Over-all athleticism coupled with the execution of sound soccer fundamentals has helped MVA Lady Eagles players mature into group of ardent, talented, an accomplished soccer players that have attained 9 shut-outs in 14 games including the defeat of well-known regional schools Father Lopez 3-0, The Villages 7-0, Deltona High School 0-0, Foundation Academy 8-0 (twice), Circle Christian 8-0, Geneva School 4-0, FSDB 8-0, and Crooms Academy 8-0.
With 3 games left the season - Jan 7th, 10th and 12th - Coach Aristodemo aspires to continue developing his Lady Eagles in hopes of competing against a more challenging schedule next season. "I am very happy with the way things have gone this year and I couldn't be more proud of the way the Lady Eagles have responded. My objective is to bring our program to the top level of girls soccer here in the state of Florida, although we are a long way off from reaching our goal I feel we have taken some positive steps in the right direction."
