MVA Boys Golf Ranked 3rd in Orlando Sentinel Super 6

The Montverde Academy Boys Varsity Golf team has a great deal to celebrate this golf season. They have been very successful in competitions and won the area 1A-11 title. Additionally, according to the Orlando Sentinel Boys Golf Super Six announced October 22, 2011, our Montverde Academy Eagles Golf team is currently ranked third. This is a great honor and very respectable accomplishment for our team.
The MVA community is very proud of Coach Kyle Clapper and his links men for their hard work, dedication, and spectacular season of golfing. MVA enters the top 6 rankings after a strong showing from Gonzalo Rubio and his MVA golf teams’ great performance in winning the 1A-11 title. Rounding out the top three were Trinity Prep (District 10 Tournament winners) ranked second, and Port Orange Spruce Creek ranked number one.
