Golf opens season with a win!

Yesterday was Montverde Academy's home opener for Varsity Golf and your MVA Eagles came out in fine style. Facing off at the very difficult Bella Collia, playing well over 3500 yards, your Eagles were able to score 159, beating Foundation Academy by 35 stokes. A solid victory considering Foundation finished, tied for 3rd in the District Championship last season. The first victory is in the books and the golf team looks to the future for more victories and even lower scores.
The team would like to thank everyone for all of their support and encouragement they received over the past few weeks.
