Last month, members of the MVA Faculty and staff participated in the Howard Stockton Memorial Golf Tournament presented by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce that was held at the Palisades Country Club. According to Kalena Meyers, MVA Dean of Institutional Advancement, the day was a great success and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Howard Stockton Scholarship fund. MVA Boys’ Varsity Basketball Welcomes Guests from India

On Thursday, February 23, 2012, the Montverde Academy's Boys' Varsity Basketball team welcomed several guests travelling from India in their route to attend the NBA All-Star held in Orlando, Florida, over the weekend. The travellers wanted to learn more about the principles and history of basketball and to observe an American high-school basketball practice. MVA’s New Athletic Facility Breaks Ground

In an update from China, Montverde Academy Headmaster Dr. Kasey Kesselring reports to Montverde.net that he, Dr. Revis-Pyke, and Ian Smith are doing well and getting a great deal accomplished during their visit to Asia that has included visiting the Da Tong High School via student exchange agents CLS last Friday, February 24, 2012, where they interviewed ten prospective students who in turn completed applications and submitted records for consideration and review.
